The Wentworth Point project is stage 1 of a 4 staged Masterplan. The project is designed by Bates Smart and built by Richard Crookes Constructions. This project included infrastructure works including the construction of 600m of publicly accessible street and foreshore works to Homebush Bay.

Responsibilities

Site supervision overseeing the head contractor in relation to programme, quality, design management, defects management and contract obligations. Co-ordinating head contractor and design consultants to ensure project delivery in accordance with QA policies, local requirements and design deliverables.
