Bulk earthworks, detailed excavation, services infrastructure, retaining walls and new road networks for RACF and future villas (Independent Living Units) at Stage 3-4. The civil works also involved installation of key infrastructure for electrical reticulation, NBN, street lighting, electrical substation, sewer, stormwater, water reticulation and gas reticulation.

Design management, authority approvals, project feasibilities and budgets, construction programming, tendering and letting, Head Contract Negotiation (Lump Sum), Head Contract Superintendent, Head Contract management, resident liaison, procurement management, local and statutory authority compliance.
